We currently ship within Canada.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly indicated at checkout when applicable.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
